Theatre cast and guests gathered on stage with a speaker addressing the audience
About Sumukha

A collective built
around the stage.

Ten years of cultural work, creative experiments and collaborative theatre practice.

Our story

Keeping culture in motion.

“We believe theatre can entertain, question, include, experiment and create a deeper public conversation.”

For the last ten years continuously, Sumukha has worked to promote culture and support new experiments in cultural expression. The organization brings together trained and amateur artists and remains committed to doing something new through performance.

Our work includes regular stage productions, cultural initiatives, engagement with children facing challenges, and an annual theatre festival that keeps artistic exchange at the centre.
